If you are holidaying in the lakes then you are in for a treat. Cumbria is famous for its lakes and mountains but it is also host to an incredible collection of hidden gems…gardens.

Some of the most important people in Victorian history made their home in the Lake District, from Beatrix Potter to John Ruskin and with it carved out inspirational horticultural havens that still delight their visitors today.
